G’Vine is a French gin liqueur produced in the region of Cognac. The spirit is made from grapes, and the name G’Vine comes from the French word for grape, “vin.” The liqueur was created in 2003 by Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, and the first batch was released in 2004.
G’Vine is distilled four times and infused with botanicals including juniper, liquorice, cloves, coriander, cubeb pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The spirit is then aged in Limousin oak barrels for six weeks.
The resulting liqueur is a delicate balance of sweet and spice, with a grapey flavor that is perfect for sipping neat or using in cocktails. G’Vine June is a limited edition liqueur that is only produced during the summer months. It is made with grapes that have been sun-kissed and ripened to perfection, giving the liqueur a unique flavor profile.
