In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, eggs, oil, wine, and vanilla until light and fluffy. 4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool before serving."
