Edinburgh Lemon and Jasmine Gin is a Scottish gin made in Edinburgh. It is a citrusy, floral gin with a zesty lemon flavor and a hint of jasmine. The gin is produced by Edinburgh Gin, a Scottish company that makes small batch artisanal gins.
The region where the Edinburgh Gin is produced has a long history of distilling. In fact, the very first recorded mention of distilling in Scotland dates back to 1494! The region is also home to some of the world's most famous whisky distilleries, such as The Macallan and Glenfiddich.
The bright zestiness of lemon merges perfectly with the heady scent of Jasmine. It really does make for an unassuming pairing, which works perfectly.
