A real fruity Cocktail, really hits the spot on a warm summers day.
Ingredients
4 Large mint leaves
half a small lime
1Â tbsp Agave nectar
120ml Seedless watermelon
45Â ml Bacardi Rum
Garnish: Lemon twist
How to make a Watermelon Mojito Cocktail
In a shaker, muddle the mint, lime juice, agave nectar and watermelon.
Add the rum and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
